Aquascope delivers continuously updated, reliable data that realises multi-stakeholder catchment projects and ensures a complementary and consistent source of truth for integrated water management and monitoring.

Modelling compliance, incentive and voluntary scenarios across five UK catchments (Wye, Cleddau E and W, Stiffkey, Glaven). Developed baseline, scenario modelling and live forecasting across five distinct catchments, running eight land-use and policy scenarios. Outputs inform future policy decisions and enable live monitoring strategies at landscape scale.

Catchment modelling and platform integration. Full integration of the Blackwater catchment into the Aquascope platform with calibration and integration with real-time public and proprietary sensor data. Delivered expanded capabilities for scaling Aquascope across complex multi-river catchments.

Integrated carbon, water and biodiversity measurement for mixed wetland ecosystems in Notranjska Regional Park. Delivered a baseline and integrated monitoring solution for nature-based wetland carbon assets using combined modelled and measured data. Aquascope now provides carbon modelling assessments linking nature-based solutions to measurable impacts on carbon, water and biodiversity.

Real-time water quality forecasting for the Thames. Created a fully automated freshwater forecasting system providing daily indicators for oxygen, nitrates, phosphates, flow, temperature and pathogens with five-day forecasting capability. This project provided early proof of scalability for real-time water quality forecasting across selected UK catchments and launched the Aquascope Beta platform.

Water quality modelling and diffuse pollution identification. Automated monitoring and forecasting system providing daily indicators for oxygen, nitrates, phosphates, flow and temperature, plus climate and land-use scenario modelling. Confirmed scalability of the model and highlighted variables requiring uncertainty treatment when expanding to further UK catchments.

Decision support for modelling and monitoring ecosystem services for Kingston's water security. Developed an integrated decision support system embedded into existing government software workflows, providing daily water quality indicators for oxygen, nitrates, phosphates, flow and temperature. This project demonstrated the need for simple, catchment-level decision tools and served as the early prototype for the Aquascope platform.
